Last week, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio granted Plaintiff's motion for conditional class certification. The court certified a class consisting of Fleet Managers and dispatcher employees that worked for Hogan Transportation. This is a big victory in getting these employees compensated for the hundreds of hours of unpaid overtime they are owed. If you worked as a fleet manager or dispatcher for Hogan, please feel free to give us a call to talk about the case. (614) 221-9100.
